1. Long Distance Water Supply Special Vehicles Pumper Apparatus

  • The water supply system consists of a pump fire truck and a hose laying fire truck. It has the basic functions of quickly taking water from the open water sources and providing water supply 3000 meters away. 
  • The pump fire truck consists of chassis, water suction system, booster system, boom system, internal purge system, upper loading compartment and related supporting hydraulic and connection accessories.
  • The hose laying truck consists of chassis, 3000-meter DN300-caliber hose, a hose retracting system and a container hose storage compartment.

3. Water suction system

1) Floating pump
  • Pump type: single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump

3) Hydraulic system

5) Control system

4. Booster system
The booster system can be used independently, either as an independent system for boosting water supply, or in combination with other remote water supply systems, as a two-stage or three-stage booster module. The booster system is composed of engine, booster pump, coupling, low water inlet and outlet pipeline, control system, etc. The actual continuous operation time is not less than 7 days. When 3 kilometers, ensure that the total flow at the end is not less than 200L/s, and the end outlet pressure is not less than 0.2MPa.

5. Truck-mounted crane

6. Internal purge system
